Beginner Tumbling:(Ages 4+) This class focuses on basic skills including Forward rolls, Back rolls, Handstands, Handstand forward rolls, Cartwheels, and Round-offs, bridge kickovers and starting front and back walkover technique.
Level 1 Tumbling: Front & back walk-overs, and sequencial series of these skills. ie front-walkover round-off back-walkover & series front and back walkovers. Introduction to the back-handspring.
All Athletes must wear the proper attire or they will not be allowed to partipate.
- Tennis Shoes - rubber sole with laces; shoes should fit and not be loose
- Hair should be tied back out of the face.
- No baggy clothing. (Sports bra and spanks)
- No Jewelery
